Upon confirmation of booking, we shall use PayPal Email Payments for a quick and secure way to request payment from our customers. PayPal payments accept all major credit cards and we shall collect 50% deposit from total rental cost in order to confirm your booking.Payment by credit card via PayPal will incur additional 5% transaction charge.
An email will be sent to our customers that detail the step of payment with an easy-to-follow instructions.
We also accept internet banking transfer but only for customers from Malaysia.
Check in procedure and house rules to guests:
We require a booking deposit amounting to 50% from total rental to hold your reservation. We shall collect the balance of total rental upon check-in and by cash only together with the security deposit of 1 day’s room rate (cash only)
B)Rescheduling/Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Once a reservation is confirmed, booking deposit is non-refundable for cancellation. For rescheduling request, please notify us by phone or email of any rescheduling of the booking at least 28 days before arrival date and is subject to availability.
C) House rules for guests
1)This is a privately owned house and does not have any reception. Our guests are to contact Holiday House in advance to confirm on arrival time.
2)Our staff will explain to you the functioning of all the equipments, and give you the keys and access card.
3)Standard check in time 3pm and check out time 12pm. Check in time available from 3pm to 4pm, check out time available from 10am to 12pm.
4)Early check in or delay in check out can be arranged subject to availability. Late night check-in is not available after 8pm.
5)We will collect a security deposit of RM100 upon check in. This is fully refundable during check out if there are no damages, lost or massive dirt.
6)A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0800 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1400 to 1800 hours at RM25/hour.
7)RM25 will be charged on each extra single mattress. Extra 2 single mattress available.
8)The vacation house can only be used for temporary and tourist household needs. It is furthermore not allowed to sublet the house, or parts of it, to third parties.
9)The said premises or any part thereof shall not be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Immoral or commercial activity is strictly forbidden.
10)No smoking, pets, durians, explosive materials are allowed inside the property. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of RM 100.
11)Our holiday house is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest’s vehicle.
12)Our holiday house does not accept liability for any accident, injury or misadventure. guests are responsible for making their own insurance arrangements in respect of any injuries suffered by them, or caused by them to any third party.
13)As this is a private condominium and have strict management policy , we appreciate our guest will behave themselves sensibly and observe the house rules to avoid complaint from neighborhood and the management , also to make the place a better stay for you and other guest as well.
14)No smoking, pets, durians, explosive materials are allowed.
15)Loss of keys or access card is subject to a penalty of RM100.
16)Guests are advised to switch off all lights and air-conditioner when leaving the room. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of RM 100.
D) Cleaning Policy
On arrival you will find your property clean and tidy, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of RM68 each time.
E) In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Happy Homestay at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the house, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
