Upon confirmation of booking, we shall use PayPal Email Payments for a quick and secure way to request payment from our customers. PayPal payments accept all major credit cards and we shall collect 50% deposit from total rental cost in order to confirm your booking.*Payment by credit card via PayPal will incur additional 5% transaction charge.
*There will be additional 10-20% above normal room rate during peak season. Peak season includes weekends, public holidays ,school holidays and special occasion.Please refer to the daily room rate in the booking page calendar.
We also accept internet banking transfer but only for customers from Malaysia.
An email will be sent to our customers that detail the step of payment with an easy-to-follow instructions.
Check in procedure and house rules to guests:
1. Reservations Payment
We require a booking deposit amounting to 50% from total rental to hold your reservation.
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until Happy Homestay Malaysia has received the pre-payment amount and you have received a confirmation email from Happy Homestay Malaysia.
If you do not show up on the arrival date, the reservation will be deemed to have been cancelled.
If you cancel a reservation, note that the pre-payment is non-refundable.
Any change of reservation dates should be communicated to Happy Homestay Malaysia as soon as possible by phone or email. Reschedule is subject to availability.
3. Arrivals and Departures
a.This is a privately owned house and does not have any reception. Our guests are to contact Happy Homestay Malaysia in advance to confirm on arrival time. Contact details can be found in our homepage, www.happyhomestaymy.com or in the confirmation email.
b.Our staff will wait for you at the vacation house at the agreed time, will explain to you the functioning of all the equipments, and give you the keys.
c.Standard check in time 3pm and check out time 11am. Check in time available from 3pm to 4pm, check out time available from 10am to 11am.
d.Early check in or delay in check out can be arranged subject to availability.
e.We will collect a security deposit of 1 day’s room rate (cash only) upon check in. This is fully refundable during check out if there are no damages, lost or massive dirt.
4. Rules for clients
a.In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Happy Homestay Malaysia at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the house, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
b.The vacation house can only be used for temporary and tourist household needs. It is furthermore not allowed to sublet the house, or parts of it, to third parties.
c.The said premises or any part thereof shall not be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Immoral or commercial activity is strictly forbidden.
d.No smoking, pets, durians, explosive materials are allowed. Violation of this rule is subject to a penalty of RM100.
e. Loss of Room Key is subject to a penalty of RM50.
f. Loss of Main Gate Remote Control is subject to a penalty of RM100.
g. Guests are advised to switch off all lights and air-conditioner when leaving the room. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of RM 100.
h. For long term stay customer, Minimum 7 nights & above, you are entitled 15% to 50% discount, we will provide 25units of electricity and 800L of water per night as free of charge, any excessive amount will be charge as following:
electricity RM0.5 per unit
water RM0.5 for 100L
5. Cleaning Policy
On arrival you will find your property clean and tidy, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of RM68 each time.
